We make every effort to keep product listings accurate and up to date, including descriptions, dimensions, materials, and imagery. However, we cannot guarantee that every item displayed is in stock at the time you place your order. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you by email and offer a full refund or, where possible, an estimated restock date.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and are as accurate as photographic reproduction allows. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen's calibration and display settings. Birch Lantern reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to limit quantities available for purchase per customer or household, particularly during high-demand periods or promotional events.

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

Your payment details are transmitted directly to our payment provider using industry-standard encryption and are never stored on our own servers.

All prices on birch-lantern.com are listed in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated at checkout. Sales tax is calculated based on the delivery address and applicable state and local tax rates, and the final tax amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Birch Lantern reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a pricing error is identified on a confirmed order, we will contact you to discuss the options, which may include canceling the order and issuing a full refund.

Promotional discounts and coupon codes are subject to their own terms and expiration dates and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Birch Lantern reserves the right to cancel orders that exploit pricing errors or unauthorized discount combinations.

Birch Lantern ships to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, and standard delivery takes 4-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; occasional delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our facility.

All shipments within the contiguous United States are delivered duty-free; no additional customs or import fees apply. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@birch-lantern.com within 5 business days of delivery with photographs of the damage so we can arrange a resolution promptly.

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Birch Lantern. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
